2. Booking & Payments

 

2.1 Reservation Process

To secure your Egypt tour, a non-refundable deposit (20% of total cost) is required. Full payment is due 45 days before departure.

 

2.2 Accepted Payment Methods

We accept credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard), bank transfers, and PayPal. Currency: USD, EUR, or EGP.

 

 

 

3. Cancellations & Refunds

 

3.1 Cancellation by Traveler

 

    • 30+ days before departure: 50% refund (excluding deposit).

    • <30 days before departure: No refund.

 

 

3.2 Cancellation by Us

Full refund if we cancel due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., political unrest, natural disasters).

 

4. Travel Documents & Visas

 

4.1 Visa Requirements

Travelers must obtain an Egypt e-Visa or visa on arrival (check eligibility). We provide visa assistance but are not liable for rejections.

 

4.2 Passport Validity

Ensure your passport is valid for 6+ months post-travel dates.

 

 

 

5. Health & Safety

 

5.1 Vaccinations

Recommended: Hepatitis A, Typhoid. Check COVID-19 entry rules before travel.

 

5.2 Travel Insurance

Mandatory for all bookings. Covers medical emergencies, cancellations, and lost luggage.

 

 

 

6. Liability & Responsibility

 

6.1 Our Liability

We are not liable for delays, accidents, or losses due to third-party services (e.g., airlines, hotels).

 

6.2 Traveler Responsibilities

Follow local laws, respect cultural norms (e.g., dress codes at religious sites), and safeguard personal belongings.
